After confirm the order with customer,customer better send the sample or washing machine 3D drawing for us to make the mould 3D design.We will make the washing machine mould design according to the customer offered information.Then our technical design engineer would provide mould 2D and 3D drawing. Washing machine mould maintenance items:
1.Mold inside the cavity and core need to clean up after use, can't leave sundry, so as not to damage the mould surface, spraying antirusting agent.
2.Mold cooling system inside of residual water, must be clean, in order to prevent mould rust water blocking.
3.Mold mechanical standard parts shall be coated with lubricating oil, for example: under the guide pin - thimble - reset lever - guide pillar and so on.
4.After mould clamping, with dust cloth cover, should avoid dust into the mold, cause mould rust.
