1. Mould installation
1) Clean the mould plate locating ring and the mould installation surface dirty parts or flash.
2) Since the mould not very big,we adopt the whole sets installation method.First set two wooden plate at the machine mould installation downside.mould installation at the machine plate,Fixed side mould location ring should be set well.Then close the mould,Use the mould clamp fix the mould on the machine mould plate.Fix the moving side on the machine mould plate.
3) Adjust the mould clamp system,ensure the enough mould open distance and the clamp force,keep suitable mould close state.
4) Slow to open the mould plate until the mould plate stop moving back,adjust the eject device,keep the eject distance.Open mould to check the eject structure moving situation,whether balance or stable.
5) After mould installation,wait the injection machine barrel and nozzle reach to 20-30℃，adjust the nozzle and spure relative place and radius connection situation.Can put a paper between them to check the match situation.
6) Start empty shoot and running,to check whether normal.
