What
is called rapid heat cycling molding?
This
is the newest injection molding technology that through heating the mould
before mould close and during mould closing time,till finish the mould close
motion,mould temperature reach a certain condition,then start the plastic
injection,during inject time,mould request keep high temperature,make the
plastic have a very good liquidity,Once finish the injection,moulds under
pressure holding time,same time we turn on the rapid cooling system.
Rapid
heat cycling molding special using for the parts which request high process
surface treatment.Highlights mold produce a product can be directly used for
installed (assembly), without to do any surface treatment.So it is very high to
the requirement of mold steel and plastic material.
There
is high request for the Molding temperature(90 ℃ to 130 ℃),switch to cooling
water after injection into the holding pressure state,make the mold temperature
dropped to 60-70 ℃.Mould heating way
always adopt steam or high temperature hot water heating.
