1. How to make the crate mould using life longer? First for mold base and mmouldcore cavity part,the steel material should choose right.For example: the production of a pair of a four cavity turnover box mold,must use the hardness higher than 33 pre hardened steel formwork,and then select the appropriate harden mould standard parts. Second, must control the hardness of each piece of steel material, can't be too hard. Then, turnover box mold friction and guiding parts must be processed, cannot use any manual work. Finally, some mould company may use cycle material for injection molding, at this moment we have to consider the following two points: A. How to ensure that the tiny impurity damage in the plastic core,cavity; B.how to prevent impurities into the cavity.
