Quality of the mould,it will directly
affect the product quality, yield, cost,production of new products and old
products renewal cycle,product structure adjustment speed and market
competitiveness,therefore,the economic situation puts forward higher and higher
requirements about the quality of the mould.
There are four aspets control mould quality:
1.product quality:product size stability,
compliance,roughness on the surface of the products, products material
utilization ratio and so on;
2. the service life:on the premise of ensure the quality of the products,the mould can be done by a number of fabrication or production cycles.
3. the use mould maintenance: whether to belong to the most convenient to use,easy mold release, production of auxiliary time as short as possible;
4. the maintenance cost,periodic maintenance and so on.

Mould design is reasonable,the die
structure design,compact structure,easy to operate.As far as possible to
reduce the maintenance one parts need to tear open outfit.The selection of die
materials,both to meet customer requirements for product quality,to surface
strengthening of main forming parts,mold correct use and maintenance,is also a
big factor to improve the quality of the mould.
