circulation in the gating system.Apart from the mainstream way type pouring
outlets,most of the gate are minimum sectional area of the gating system, only
3%-9% of bypass road cross-sectional area.

Using small gate in injection molding,has
the following advantages
1.There is a big pressure difference at the small gate of front and back side,can effectively increase the shear rate of melt and generate larger shear heat,leading to the melt apparent viscosity decreased,liquidity enhancement,is advantageous to the mold filling.Like.PP,PS,PE...material.
2.If small gate,may through the test mould or repairing the mould adjust the volume of small gate,the gate of the melt in the process of the pressure maintaining frozen in time,so as to properly control the feeding time, avoid warping deformation products.
3.Can wait the small gate freeze products,all as long as the external solidified layer has enough strength and stiffness can will product release,no need to stay until internal curing.so as to shorten the molding cycle,improve production efficiency.
4.The small gate in the multimode cavity can balance the feed speed of each cavity for gating system balance.
5.Small gate can have small tip water mark.
Forming large products,also should pay attention to the gate area corresponding amplification,sometimes need to amplify gate section height to near products,one of the biggest thickness can improve the liquidity of the melt.
